Healthy Eating

I need to eat two servings of fruits and vegetables daily because these food contain lots of nutrients. Some adults and children like to eat unhealthy food such as potato chips, fried and oily food. We need to eat healthily to keep ourselves fit and to have a healthy lifestyle. Eating unhealthy food may lead to obesity, diabetes and kidney problem. Fruits and vegetables contains lots of vitamins which keep us healthy. I like to eat fruits and vegetables because it helps me to keep fit. I do support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables because some of the students do not like eat fruts and vegetables and this is the time when they will learn the nutritional values of eating such food. I encourage children to have a balanced diet
